No phone calls or walk-ins.ResponsibilitiesDedication to projects from beginning to end, design – constructionCoordinate on design projects with the other Architectural team members and Principal ArchitectsAssist project management team on project support, modeling buildings, modeling existing conditions and as-builtsCreate graphics and presentations for client meetingsConstruction documents and detailingAbility to verbally communicate with the project team both internal and externalAssist in construction administration, submittal and shop drawing review.QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture is required1-3 minimum years of professional experience in an architecture firm environmentArchitectural license is not required, but the candidate must have started their process of licensure. On the path to licensure is required.Commercial and/or Residential architecture experiencePrevious experience coordinating with a team and sub-consultants is preferredExpertise in Autodesk Revit software is requiredPrevious experience in construction documents is requiredFamiliarity with different building methodologies and types of construction is preferredStrong writing and verbal communication skills is requiredSelf-starter, proactive, enthusiastic, highly organized, and eager to learn with a positive attitudeExpertise in Adobe Suite software (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) is requiredExperience in Content Creation is a preferred.
