Designer II

The Designer II supports the design and development of architectural projects by producing high-quality design presentations, construction documents, and technical project materials. Architectural degree from an accredited university.Minimum 3 years of Revit experience producing architectural drawings.Strong understanding of basic construction systems (walls, roofs, doors, windows).Advanced Revit proficiency, including editing commands, project setup, file management, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of drawing setup, layers, plotting/publishing, dimensions, blocks, attributes, file maintenance, and viewports.Familiarity with architectural and construction terminology.Strong verbal and written communication skills; asks clarifying questions when needed.Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and work efficiently.Working knowledge of firm equipment, software, and documentation systems.Ability to keep supervisors updated and coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and support staff.Professional, respectful interaction with clients and team members.Motivated to take on new responsibilities and challenges. The salary range for this position is $25.41 - $35.73 ($52,852.80 - $74,318.40). We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case.
