How you'll create opportunities in this Development Experience Architect role: Lead the architecture and design of core application frameworks to meet business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver impactful solutions.Establish best practices for coding standards, design patterns, secure development, and software delivery workflows.Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.Manage and improve the development toolchain, including source control and CI/CD processes.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for consistent and repeatable deployments.Work with operations teams to define environment standards and automate provisioning with infrastructure-as-code.Define patterns and practices for container development and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting standards that align with operational needs.Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the architecture and integration of applications.Document framework designs and development processes for knowledge sharing.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.Utilize a consistent framework development approach to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.Manage team velocity and address issues, risks, and bottlenecks in projects.What you will need: Wellness at CLA:
