Director - Enterprise Architecture & Digital Enablement

The Director of Enterprise Architecture & Digital Enablement is responsible for establishing and leading Elliott Davis’ enterprise architecture capability while serving as the firm’s principal architect and strategic transformation advisor. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines business transformation, enterprise architecture, solution design, governance, modernization, and technology strategy. To support this transformation, the firm requires a leader who can simplify an increasingly complex technology landscape, guide business modernization efforts, establish architecture discipline, and create a scalable foundation for automation, data, analytics, and AI capabilities. This role will help bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution while ensuring the firm continues evolving toward a Human-Led, AI-Enabled Professional Services organization.
