This role is responsible for space planning, technical detailing, coordination with building ownership, contractors, consultants, internal stakeholders, and supporting projects from concept through construction completion in a BPO industry environment. · 10+ years of relevant experience in office fit-out, workplace design, architecture, facilities design, or construction project coordination. · Strong space planning, technical documentation, and coordination skills. · Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Candidate is required to use & design in CAD and / or Revit.
