Director Facilities Architecture and Construction

This role is responsible for space planning, technical detailing, coordination with building ownership, contractors, consultants, internal stakeholders, and supporting projects from concept through construction completion in a BPO industry environment. Skills Requirements: · 10+ years of relevant experience in office fit-out, workplace design, architecture, facilities design, or construction project coordination. · Strong space planning, technical documentation, and coordination skills. Candidate is required to use & design in CAD and / or Revit.
