Design and execute an AI systems roadmap across all departments.Collaborate with department leaders to identify, implement, and optimize the latest AI tools that accelerate workflows, improve quality, and eliminate operational friction—resulting in faster execution, higher output, and a more intelligent, AI-enabled organization.Integrate AI into daily workflows across Sales, Marketing, Support, Design, Operations, and Production.Reduce manual work, eliminate inefficiencies, and streamline cross-functional handoffs.Build and deploy internal tools, automations, and AI copilots to enhance team productivity.Partner with leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven growth and efficiency.Train and enable teams to effectively adopt and leverage AI in their day-to-day work.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to keep CopperSmith at the forefront of AI adoption.Establish and track performance metrics tied to efficiency gains, cost savings, and revenue growth.
