Collaborate closely with the development, finance, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review and approve design concepts, construction documents, and specifications. Cultivate relationships with key architectural and development partners. Requirements Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with at least 7 years in a leadership role focused on commercial real estate development. Proven track record of successfully delivering a diverse range of high-profile commercial projects (office, retail, mixed-use). Deep understanding of the real estate development process, including market analysis, financial feasibility, and entitlements. Expertise in design software and the ability to effectively manage external design consultants. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Professional Architect license in **Colorado** or ability to obtain reciprocal licensure.
