You will focus on business development strategies, sales forecasting, financial and operational management for Core States Group’s Architecture program for the Restaurants market. Serve as the lead point of contact for clients.Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.Manage one or numerous Project Architects and Designers, Project and Program Managers.Ensure that timelines are met and communicated back to the client.Perform efficiency evaluations, profit evaluations and manage the financial aspect for all programs.Manage multiple programs with multiple clients simultaneously.Coordinate with other Core States Group Directors on multi-disciplined programs.Develop, mentor and promote staff.Other duties as required.
