This person will work closely with the firm's leadership team and our design-build partners to pursue opportunities, deliver exceptional projects, and build a strong, collaborative team in the Philadelphia market. Strategic Vision & Design Leadership Opportunity to shape and grow a regional practice, not just maintain one Access to a strong design-build platform with real project momentum Direct influence on client relationships, pursuits, and team growth Work with sophisticated clients on complex, high-impact projects Culture focused on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and long-term relationships Bachelors or Masters in Architecture & 10-15+ years of relevant architectural experience Proven success developing client relationships and winning work Strong presence in meetings, presentations, and client interactions Demonstrated leadership experience building or mentoring teams Strong design sensibility with practical delivery understanding Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset Established industry credibility and professional network preferred Licensed Architect preferred Collaborative, relationship-driven, no-ego leadership style Alignment with both 142’s design-driven approach and design-build execution environment OneFourTwo will not be responsible for fees related to unsolicited resumes and for candidates who are sent directly to our hiring managers.
