Director of Architecture

This role is ideal for a registered architect who has experience leading teams, managing project staffing, mentoring architectural professionals, and improving the way projects are delivered. As an Architecture Director, you will help lead architectural operations, support project teams, and improve office-wide architectural processes. Lead and mentor architectural staff through project execution Support professional development, training, and performance feedback Assist with complex project issues and technical problem-solving Help recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new architectural staff Manage project scheduling and staffing needs Work with firm leadership to forecast workload and assign qualified team members Help ensure project teams meet client needs and project expectations Implement and oversee architectural standards and procedures Support quality assurance, process improvement, and architectural best practices Identify needs for new standards, procedures, or internal tools Assemble task groups to research, develop, and improve project delivery methods Approve timesheets and expense reports Make sure staff members have the resources needed to do their work effectively This opportunity is best for a registered architect who is ready to take on a broader leadership role.
