The Director of Commercial Real Estate provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company's commercial property management division. Reporting as a key member of the senior management team, this individual will lead a team of three Property Managers and a Lease Administrator, oversee client relationships, drive portfolio performance, and support the continued growth of the division. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.10+ years of commercial property management experience.5+ years of leadership experience managing property management teams.Experience overseeing third-party commercial real estate portfolios.Strong expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, lease administration, capital planning, and asset management.Experience across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties.Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout New Hampshire and the Greater Boston region.New Hampshire Real Estate Broker or Salesperson License, or the ability to obtain one within six months of hire. The ideal candidate is a highly accomplished commercial real estate leader with a strong background in third-party property management.
