Key responsibilities
Design and guide the implementation of technology solutions across multi-team development projects in an agile environment
Own the enterprise architecture roadmap for Payment and Tax platforms, ensuring systems are AI-consumable by design
Provide architecture guidance to development teams and coach them on modern AI-assisted development practices
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience as an enterprise architect, application architect, or engineering product leader
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing multi-team development projects
Proven track record in agile software development environments
Experience with financial payment systems and integration with bank systems or tax authorities
Hands-on experience with AI developer tools and their integration into team workflows
