Director of Enterprise Architecture

To lead the technical direction and scale the engineering organization, the contract Director of Enterprise Architecture will manage complex architecture decisions, oversee engineering systems, and build trusted client partnerships, all while working remotely in Canada or the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesSet enterprise architecture strategy and lead complex architecture decisions across Kicksaw's client portfolioBuild and drive adoption of standardized engineering operating systems, including CI/CD and security complianceDirectly manage engineers and technical leaders, ensuring team development and accountability for performanceRequired Qualifications10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical consulting, with leadership experienceDeep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Apex and integration technologiesStrong engineering fluency beyond Salesforce, including Python, APIs, and automationExperience with production AI systems and secure systems in regulated environmentsSignificant people-management experience, with a record of scaling engineering organizations
