As a member of the Cloud Business Group, you will lead complex projects from conception to execution, overseeing all aspects from planning to delivery. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, spearhead business development efforts, and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you will provide essential technical expertise and guidance to architects and developers throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead complex projects from initiation to completion. Oversee project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. Establish strategic direction and drive business development initiatives. Maintain high-level client relationships while managing various projects. Offer technical guidance and mentorship to architects and developers. Nurture and develop future leaders within your team. Encourage a collaborative and innovative workplace culture. Uphold the firm's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion. What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, a combination of specialized training and progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college may be considered. What Sets You Apart

Relevant technology certifications, such as MuleSoft Accredited Integration Architect, Boomi Architect, TOGAF, or SEI - Software Architecture Certification. Experience leading complex projects from start to finish. Strategic collaboration with business development teams. Management of P&L for your project portfolio. Providing steadfast technical leadership and direction. Planning and executing a digital integration strategy. Evaluating current systems and workflows. Assessing and managing risks in digital integration projects. The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Your actual compensation will be influenced by your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
