Director of Operations Architect

A company is looking for a Director, Operations Business Architect. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Product & Transformation teams to align on process improvements and business objectives Lead end-to-end operational reviews to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks Develop and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational consistency and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 10+ years of experience in operations strategy, process improvement, or business architecture within financial services or a related industry Strong understanding of operational risk management, process standardization, and efficiency optimization Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale process improvements Expertise in business process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, and other operational frameworks
