Director of Solution Architecture

Seeking a hands-on Director of Solution Architecture, the full-time remote position will manage solution architecture across applications, integrations, and AI-enabled services while prototyping and delivering innovative solutions that align with business goals. Key responsibilities Own solution architecture ensuring designs are scalable and aligned with business objectives Act as a hands-on player/coach, building prototypes and reference implementations Lead the development of agentic solutions and AI-accelerated workflows to enhance engineering quality and velocity Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Minimum of seven years in software engineering with experience in solution architecture or technical leadership Proven hands-on experience in design, coding, and shipping prototypes to production Understanding of modern cloud architecture, preferably Azure, and distributed systems fundamentals Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team technical direction through influence and clarity
