Director of Solutions Architecture

Lead the solutions delivery team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivery of high-quality solutions.Define and execute a roadmap for cloud-first architecture and AI-enabled automation across business systems.Align technology initiatives with firm-wide goals for scalability, security, and compliance.Drive migration of legacy applications and integrations to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).Implement best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and performance monitoring.Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning to automate workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making.Deploy intelligent bots and predictive analytics to streamline tax, audit, and advisory processes.Oversee design and implementation of secure, scalable integrations between ERP, CRM, and specialized accounting systems.Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards during modernization efforts.Lead development of custom applications leveraging cloud-native services and AI capabilities.Manage full SDLC with emphasis on agile delivery and DevOps practices.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions.Develop and maintain governance frameworks for application lifecycle management, including coding standards, documentation, and version control.Drive adoption of modern development methodologies and tools, such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD, to optimize delivery and quality.Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with cloud and AI solution providers.Other duties as assigned.
