Leading the pre-sales technical organization, the remote Director of Solutions Architecture will manage and coach a team while engaging with enterprise customers, influencing product and sales strategy, and driving a culture of accountability and collaboration. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the solutions architecture team to enhance customer-facing demos and presales processes Serve as a technical advisor to customers, promoting Cobalt's value proposition and building continuous offensive security programs Provide internal customer representation to influence product roadmap, messaging, and new offerings Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity products and services At least 3 years of experience leading a team of solutions architects Proven ability to translate technical solutions into customer outcomes Strong presentation and executive communication skills Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment, preferably located on the East Coast
