Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of computer architecture and associated technologies Maintain comprehensive knowledge of storage solutions, including Cloud, on-premise, and hybrid implementations, Object, File, and Block Storage technologies, SAN and NAS architectures, Backup and Recovery solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and R&D, to ensure alignment on technical strategies and objectives. Team Leadership Build and manage a high-performing technical presales and support team.
