Director of Technology, Architecture Salt Lake City, UT (On-site) Contract to Hire or Direct Hire Pay Range: $120-135/hr Salary: $250k-280k + Bonus The team is seeking a forward-thinking technology leader who can help shape long-term enterprise strategy, influence executive technology decisions, and guide architecture across a complex organization. This is an opportunity to play a highly visible leadership role while partnering with executives, engineering leaders, architects, and business stakeholders to drive the organization's future technology direction. Required Skills: • 12+ years of technology experience, including 7+ years leading enterprise architects, engineering managers, or other senior technical leaders • Proven success defining and executing enterprise architecture strategy across large, complex organizations • Strong expertise with modern architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven architecture, service mesh, data mesh, APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise integration • Experience leading architecture governance, technology standards, enterprise modernization, and digital transformation initiatives • Ability to partner with executive leadership, challenge architectural decisions, mentor senior architects, and align technology strategy with long-term business objectives Welcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
