Director, S4 Solution Architecture

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Director, IT – Solution Architecture to lead our S4 Transformation roadmap and help shape the future of Honeywell’s digital and enterprise technology landscape. Partner with senior IT and business leaders to define and execute solution architecture strategies aligned to Honeywell’s business objectives.Translate business strategy into target‑state architectures, roadmaps, and technology standards.Act as a trusted architectural advisor to executive stakeholders. Proven experience leading enterprise or solution architecture in a large, complex global organization with proven track record on S4/HANA deployment Deep expertise across enterprise platforms, including ERP, digital platforms, supply chain systems, and HR technologies.Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive architectural decisions across diverse stakeholders.Experience establishing and operating architecture governance frameworks.Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
