This leader partners across HR and UA’s central AI team to ensure the organization moves beyond tool adoption to true work transformation, redesigning how work gets done and how talent is reconfigured and redeployed.Your Impact Workforce AI Strategy Develop and lead workforce strategy aligned to business goals and AI investments. Experience in large-scale transformation or work redesign. Strong ability to translate complex concepts (AI, technology, strategy) into workforce implications.
