We are hiring drafters with experience in AutoCAD and/or a background in housing construction. However, we will train motivated individuals who have no prior experience but possess the ability to evolve alongside a progressive industry.

**Responsibilities:**

* Create and revise detailed drawings for: Literatures, Permits, Production Packages / Working Drawings

* Review work to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Meet deadlines to reduce bottlenecks and maintain a smooth workflow

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or GED required. College degree in related field preferred but not required
* Must be proficient with computers, communication and problem solving skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to work in teams and attention to detail
