Draftsperson/Architectural Designer

We are looking for a highly motivated draftsperson committed to producing accurate, high-quality drawings and communicating clearly with our team. Strong verbal, written, and visual communication, listening, and planning skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.Collaborative mindset with team-first attitude.Self-motivated and accountable.Design/drafting education or equivalent experience.Understanding of residential construction methods and materials.Working knowledge of building codes and how they apply to drawings.Proficiency in CAD software (Chief Architect or similar).Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.Ability to learn new systems quickly.Preferred: 3+ years of related experience. At the end of 90 days, if we’re both feeling great about it, we’ll extend a new employment agreement for a permanent position on the team.
