Responsibilities:

Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support - 5+ years Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ yearsTechnical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ImplementationsArchitect Experience 5+ yearsPower Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 3+ yearsMicrosoft Azure platform 5+ yearsAzure DevOps 5+ yearsDatabase Architecture Experience- 3+ yearsDesign and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration andauthentication across systemsCICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release)processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology effortsIdentification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.Azure CommunicationsAPI sMicrosoft Project, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers. An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment.Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
