This role focuses on designing and improving digital contact center solutions (chat, messaging, email) using AI and automation. Design and lead digital contact center solutions (chat, messaging, email)Work on AI, Copilot, and automation strategiesBuild and improve the 365 Contact Center platformAct as a technical advisor to business and IT teamsIntegrate contact center solutions with enterprise systemsImprove customer experience and operational efficiency Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Service/Omnichannel)Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Experience in contact center/call center solutionsHands-on experience with AI, Copilot, or chatbotsExperience with digital channels (chat, email, messaging)Strong communication and client-facing skills
