Dynamics 365 Systems Architect

Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform.

As the System architect, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

Skillset

5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ImplementationsArchitect Experience 5+ years Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 3+ yearsMicrosoft Azure platform.Azure DevOps 5+ yearsTechnical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years • Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support - 5+ years Database Architecture Experience- 3+ years Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ yearsDesign and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systemsCICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology effortsIdentification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.Azure CommunicationsAPI’sMicrosoft Project, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers. An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment.Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
