As an MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead, you will be the technical expert on a project implementation team and develop technical specifications for implementation, configuration, customizations, and enhancements of MS Dynamics 365 CRM. Your deep development and technical skills in D365 will allow you to work in every aspect of Dynamics 365 CRM, such as, but not limited to, creation/modification of D365 Objects, importing data, configuration of user roles, reports, and dashboards. · Experience in designing the architecture of the solution. · Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design, and translate it to the technical team. · Work with end users to identify, create, and deliver reports according to requirements.
