Education Architect (Professional Services)

This position is designed for professionals with experience delivering training and enablement within enterprise software, consulting, or professional services environments, rather than traditional academic or classroom‑based education settings. Partner with Product Management and Product Development to stay current on solution enhancementsCollaborate with Professional Services to align training with implementation approaches and customer needsWork with Education Operations and peers to ensure consistency in delivery standards and content quality Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to solve functional and technical challenges in real timeHigh attention to quality and detail in delivery and contentAdaptability in dynamic, customer-facing environmentsStrong collaboration across cross-functional teamsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to impactful learning In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
