We are seeking a Junior Architect at our office in Brooklyn, New York.

Responsibilities

Assisting with preparation of presentations for clientsDrafting / detailing residential drawing sets for constructionDrafting residential drawing sets for Dept of Building and Landmarks filingsAssisting with construction administration dutiesAttending select OAC meetings during Construction Administration

Requirements

3-5 years’ experienceMinimum education: Bachelor of ArchitectureExperience in architectural drafting and detailingProficient in AutoCADProficient in Rhino modeling and CS SuiteAutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plusAbility to hand sketch, a plusExperience working on high-end, single-family residential projects, a plusExperience with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus
