Emerging Architect

Salary: $50,000 annually Position Summary Our client is seeking an Emerging Architecture Professional to join their growing team. Prepare clear, accurate, and complete architectural drawings and construction documents from sketches, notes, and project concepts Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) and/or CAD software to support project design and documentation Assist with the development of project designs, layouts, and technical solutions Collaborate with Project Architects and clients to help determine functional and spatial requirements for new construction and renovation projects Support the preparation of specifications, materials selections, equipment coordination, estimated costs, and project schedules Integrate engineering and consultant information into cohesive project designs Prepare scale drawings and contract documents for construction teams Assist with construction administration activities, including periodic site visits and observation of work in progress Participate in project coordination and communication throughout all phases of a project Contribute to a collaborative team environment and maintain strong internal and external client relationships This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging architectural professional seeking mentorship, hands-on project exposure, and long-term career development within a supportive team environment.
