TLA is seeking a thoughtful, motivated, and self-driven architectural professional to join our growing practice. Individuals who are technically capable, design-conscious, and have 3 to 5 years of professional experience are ideal candidates.

Responsibilities

Contribute to projects through multiple phases of design and constructionIndependently perform architectural assignments on projects of moderate size and complexityAssist in design studies, planning analyses, occupancy studies, and design layoutsPrepare project specifications, reports, and supporting technical documentationCompile, organize, and analyze project-related information and technical dataReview drawings, reports, plans, estimates, and calculations for coordination and accuracyCollaborate with project teams, consultants, and senior staff to support successful project deliveryParticipate proactively in problem-solving, coordination, and project communicationTake initiative in learning, improving workflows, and contributing positively to studio culture

Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program3 to 5 years of professional experienceStrong understanding of conventional architectural design and documentation processesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environmentStrong organizational, communication, and coordination skillsSelf-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and continue growing professionallyStrong attention to detail and technical accuracyProficiency in Revit and standard architectural software platforms
