Our team of diverse and complementary talents work together in studios, that can draw from relevant expertise and points of view from across the whole practice to analyze and solve the specific design challenges they are working on. Reporting to the Project Manager responsible for the individual project, the Designer will be responsible for assisting in all project phases, project sizes and typologies.Prepare conceptual and schematic design studies, produce project layouts and develop designs in 3D using Revit or other 3D modeling software for client review/approval.Assist with design development, including the details and process of documenting design.Assist with preparation of construction drawings and construction detailing.Review zoning and building codes to ensure that design complies with jurisdictional requirements.Assist in the constructions administration phase by reviewing shop drawings and assisting in the preparation of supplemental documentation.Prepare finished material sample boards, physical models, and graphic presentations for client approval.Assist the design team on projects from the Pre-Schematic Phase through Construction Documents. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectureMinimum 0 to 3 years of experience requiredAbility to develop, communicate and present design concepts to their team.Strong communication skills and excellent graphic presentation skills.Proficiency with Revit is required.
