- Owns the solutions architecture across both workstreams - the Azure APIM governance/gateway platform and the AI risk assessment & governance strategy engagement ensuring the two are designed and delivered as one coherent program - Leads and coordinates the full 6-person team resolving cross-workstream dependencies (e.g., gateway controls in WS1 feeding the guardrails/monitoring design in WS2 and vice-versa) - Serves as the single client-facing point of delivery contact for client, accountable for stakeholder management, executive updates, and overall engagement credibility - Takes part in final architecture calls on the multi-model gateway design and ensures it''s built to the same examiner-ready evidence standard the governance workstream. - Executive stakeholder management
