Start‑up: The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Central Region, seeks two utility leads to manage utility permitting and the development of small to medium capital improvement projects within DOT&PF managed rights‑of‑way. Oversee utility permitting and coordination with DOT&PF design staff and engineering consultants. The office includes cubicle space in the Central Region Headquarters. Minimum Qualifications Engineer/Architect 1 – Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect. Engineer/Architect 2 – Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect, plus one year of professional experience as Engineer/Architect 1 or Engineering Associate in Alaska.
