Engineering Architect

To drive innovation and oversee engineering projects, the full-time remote Engineering Architect will manage multiple engineering initiatives, lead a team of engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Key responsibilities Manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of products Lead and mentor a team of engineers while maintaining coding standards and best practices Collaborate with product, design, and customer support teams to facilitate smooth product development Required qualifications 8-10 years of hands-on experience in engineering, with expertise in Java, cloud technologies, and full stack architecture BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MS/MBA is a plus In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps practices Previous leadership or management experience is required Strong communication skills to effectively influence project direction and build consensus
