Enterprise Architect

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Enterprise Architect for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) Contract at Peterson SFB supporting SYD 85 in the S5. This is a full-time position at Peterson Sapce Force Base, Colorado Developing reference models of the enterprise and maintaining the information in the IT repositoryDetermining the gaps between the current and the target architecture and recommending plans for transitioning to target architectureRecommending the policies and principles to guide technology decisions for the enterprise architectureIdentifying opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes and utilize emerging technologiesPromoting and educating customers and stakeholders on the use and value of the enterprise architectureProviding enterprise architecture guidance, support, and coordination to customers and IT project teamsDocumenting the enterprise architecture infrastructure, including the business units and key processes, using modeling techniquesEnsuring technical integration is achieved across the enterprise by participating in test planning, validation, and reviewsEvaluating the impact of enterprise architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder satisfaction, and other outcomesCoordinating and conducting governance and portfolio management activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture; and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices to all components of the enterprise architectureSupporting implementation and execution of Agile software execution in concert with Government and Prime contractorsSupporting and advising on the development of Service Oriented Architectures for software development Qualifications Years of Experience: 7 years of directly related experience; OR, Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Tricare supplement, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, employee assistance program, learning and development benefit, paid time off, and holidays.
