Enterprise Architect

This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). This position acts as the crucial link between business strategy, especially as it relates to complex aerospace engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and flight operations, and the technology solutions that support it. Identifying risk, cost, schedule, and support constraints: The Jobholder must identify and evaluate these elements in order to inform the Business of options and provide a recommendation.Knowledge of software development processes and technical skills: Solution Architects must know the DevOps and DevSecOps best practices for guidance in the addition to new and existing technologies.Communication with stakeholders such as application and system owners, leadership stakeholders, partners and vendors. This is a union-represented position. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
