Who You’ll Work With You will provide thought leadership to our enterprise clients, set strategic direction for Salesforce practitioners, and generally be accountable for overseeing the overall quality execution of business and technology consulting across all Salesforce engagements that this team engages. What You’ll Do Accountability for growing the Global Salesforce Enterprise Architecture capability, including driving sales, recruiting, talent enablement, people/career management, best practices, technical solutioning, thought leadership and project staffing.Manage strategic project engagement risk, project economics/budget, project outcomes, and buy-in of proposed solutions from executive, client management.Serve as a trusted advisor for large, complex deliveries; drive conversations with our customer's enterprise architects and business stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as security, performance, development process, and application governance.
