We are on the lookout for a dedicated Enterprise Architecture Specialist to join our Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center team at Fort Meade, MD.

Under the guidance of the Commander of U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), our team utilizes expert knowledge and industry best practices to translate mission and operational requirements into effective solutions and capabilities.

As an Enterprise Architecture Specialist, you will be responsible for developing effective enterprise-level architecture viewpoints through Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), leveraging an Authoritative Source of Truth (ASoT) to empower senior leaders in engineering analysis and data-driven decision-making that supports the modernization of NC3 capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including system and operational views, using modeling tools such as Cameo to support comprehensive system requirements and modernization efforts for NC3 systems. Basic Qualifications:

Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI clearance (mandatory).Education: BA or BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in:Technical Architecture Framework for Information Management (TAFIM) compliance.Digital Mission Engineering Environment.Systems Model Language (SysML).Developing architecture artifacts adhering to industry standards.Aligning Enterprise Architecture with the Scaled Agile Framework.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MBSE, and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira).Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.Work Style: Ability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic, agile environment. Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler.Familiarity with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).The Open Group Framework (TOGAF) certification.DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) certification.Experience in systems engineering and enterprise architecture for high-assurance communications systems.Background in NC3 architecture and performance analysis.Knowledge of National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) or Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications Systems (SLC3S). Experience collaborating with NC3 stakeholders, including the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Space Force, NC3 Enterprise Center, USSTRATCOM, USCYBERCOM, Joint Staff, and OSD.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
