Lutron is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Leader to join our Information Technology team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. As we continually refine our existing systems and explore emerging technologies, you will play a key role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing the tools and services that will shape our future. Evolve and expand the IT system architecture to support short term and long-term business needs and long-term architectural needs, as the company continues to scale.Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies to drive business value increase, cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.Collaborate with other Architects to establish and govern technical standards, guidelines, and architectural principles across the organization, ensuring adherence through robust governance frameworks and cross-functional collaboration for consistent software development practices.Develop, document, and communicate plans for investing in systems architecture, including onboarding of new applications and analysis of cost reduction opportunities.Assure a high standard of quality in your work. Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems, with a good understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices. This has allowed the company to invest in developing new technologies and services, expand our technical capabilities and global presence, and to find and retain the best talent.
