Enterprise Architecture Manager

The Enterprise Architecture Manager will oversee a team of Enterprise Architects focused on business and application architecture. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of progressive IT experience with strong expertise in enterprise, business, and application architecture 2+ years of leadership experience managing architects or senior technical professionals Prior banking, financial services, or highly regulated industry experience required Strong understanding of banking operations, financial systems, regulatory considerations, risk management, and governance practices Proven ability to communicate effectively with banking executives and business leadership using industry-relevant terminology and concepts Experience leading enterprise application modernization and transformation initiatives Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
