Mandatory Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst and/or Business Analyst.8+ years of progressive professional experienceStrong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, including reference architecture, target architecture, governance, design principles and patterns, and roadmap definition.Experience developing capability roadmaps and using architectural modeling tools and constructs.Demonstrated ability to align technology capabilities with business solutions and organizational objectives.Experience identifying user problems, assessing business needs, developing alternative solutions, and performing cost/benefit analyses.Experience working with programmers and technical teams through design, development, and implementation to ensure user needs are satisfied.Excellent technical, analytical, project management, problem-solving, negotiation, verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and motivational skills.Experience preparing project plans.
