We are seeking a talented Staff Engineer to take charge of the architecture, reliability, and evolution of our enterprise collaboration platform. 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Collaboration Systems, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering at an enterprise scale.Deep expertise in Zoom platform administration, API/webhook automation, policy management, and operational excellence.Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Gmail, including routing, deliverability, DMARC/DKIM/SPF, Admin SDK, and enterprise lifecycle management.Experience collaborating with engineering teams to develop and enhance internal APIs, including RESTful design, versioning, and governance.Proven project management skills to lead complex, multi-team programs in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Python and/or Go, with experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.Knowledge of NPI programs, platform integrations, and cloud/collaboration ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID), including Okta for identity and SSO integration.Salary Range As part of our award-winning culture, we provide an array of benefits to support our employees' physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being.
