Enterprise Data Architect

We are looking for a talented Enterprise Data Architect to spearhead our efforts in establishing and maintaining advanced data architectures crucial for our data-driven initiatives. Your role will involve creating efficient solutions that fulfill our business needs while optimizing overall operating costs. Key Responsibilities: Design and oversee enterprise data warehouse (EDW) architecture, ensuring seamless data ingestion and integration frameworks.Lead the transformation of our data systems, offering expert advice on complex mappings and transformations.Facilitate collaboration among multiple teams, prioritizing project backlogs, and effectively maintaining system performance.Mentor team members and provide guidance, helping them transition into architectural concepts while conducting quality assurance activities.Support development of enterprise-scale data architectures that encompass various Medicaid-related data.Assist in creating data standards compliant with healthcare regulations, ensuring quality and governance.Architect advanced solutions to facilitate regulatory reporting and compliance.Engage with business and analytics teams to tailor Medicaid requirements into robust technical solutions.Lead modernization initiatives in cloud environments, encompassing data lakes and real-time processing frameworks.Provide architectural mentorship across teams and maintain thorough documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of professional experience in data architecture.Extensive healthcare and Medicaid experience, with a strong understanding of data domains.Hands-on expertise in data modeling and familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake and Azure Synapse.Proficient SQL skills and knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, with experience in high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines.Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security governance principles.Preferred Qualifications:
