Key Responsibilities: Guide developers in designing, developing, and implementing application solutions according to business requirements.Architect a robust Medicaid Provider Enrollment system, ensuring end-to-end solution architecture is clearly documented and maintained.Design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions primarily leveraging AWS cloud services.Establish and enforce technical standards, patterns, and best practices in applications, data, integration, and infrastructure.Evaluate the technical soundness, performance, security, and maintainability of proposed solutions, ensuring compliance with architectural and regulatory standards.Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.Support initiatives in technology roadmaps, modernization efforts, and risk mitigation strategies.Collaborate closely with developers, data architects, cloud engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.Ensure solutions comply with Medicaid program requirements, data privacy, and security standards.Promote consistency and reusability across systems.Participate in design reviews, audits, and approvals as needed.Minimum Requirements: Salary Information: The minimum salary for this position is $165,000, and the maximum is $215,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
