Minimum 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture or related field.At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Application implementations.Proven track record in leading full lifecycle enterprise projects.Expertise in Enterprise/Corporate Business ApplicationsExperience with third-party integrations is a plus (UKG).Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
