Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning, implementation, and enhancement of platform solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Platform Solutions team Oversee onboarding and integration of new platforms and manage multiple enterprise platforms Required Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in platform solutions or related roles A degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience ITIL Foundation Certification is required Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) or similar experience required Experience managing multiple complex enterprise platform solutions
