Become a part of the Professional Services team at Nutanix, a vibrant and diverse group of talented professionals collaborating across regions. We focus on optimizing Nutanix solutions through teamwork and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will report to the Director of Professional Services, who values inclusivity and professional growth. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and a strong work-life balance, with up to 30% travel to engage with clients and team members as needed. Your Role

Drive innovative architectural solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Nutanix capabilities. Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a commitment to exceptional service. Work collaboratively with sales teams to address critical business objectives and highlight solution benefits. Lead presales workshops and strategic discussions to educate clients on product offerings and integration strategies. Manage project scope and execution to ensure smooth delivery of proof of concepts and large-scale initiatives. Assist with RFP responses by organizing strategic insights and providing accurate Level of Effort (LOE) assessments. Meet targeted billable and pre-sales utilization rates while contributing to practice development and strategic initiatives. Set ambitious first-year goals to expand client engagement, promote the adoption of Nutanix solutions, and influence key deals. What You Will Bring

A minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architectures and virtualization technologies, with a focus on Nutanix solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design tailored solutions that meet client specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate long-lasting client relationships and lead informative workshops. Ability to effectively manage multiple large-scale projects and meet deadlines. Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure covering networking, storage, and security. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage. A solid understanding of business objectives and the role of technology in driving organizational success. VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) certification is required, along with a commitment to obtaining the Nutanix Platform Expert (NPX) certification. Work Arrangement

This position is primarily remote. While there are no specific in-office requirements, you may occasionally need to travel to a local office for business purposes.

The expected salary range for this position is between USD $ 128,000 and USD $ 227,000 annually, subject to variation based on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include bonuses, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits plan, contingent on the role. Detailed information on benefits will be provided upon receiving a job offer.

If hired, you will be in an at-will position, with the company reserving the right to modify salary and other benefits based on individual and company performance as well as market factors.
